I admin a facebook group for Luxembourg, called 

ADHD/Autism (neurodiversity & comorbidity) in Luxembourg (English speaking)

 

There is 700+ members, as of April 2026. This is a safe space for anyone linked to these neurodiversity to discuss in English.
